Jobescape Refund Policy Explained
This was something I looked into before signing up, because it’s not a simple refund system.
From what I saw, refunds are not guaranteed.
In most cases, payments are considered non-refundable by default, unless required by law.

There is a refund option, but it comes with strict conditions.
To qualify, you need to:
complete all the course material
follow the learning plan consistently
actively try to get freelance work
provide proof of your effort
submit your request within a specific time window
So it’s not a typical “request a refund and get your money back” situation.
It’s more like a performance-based guarantee.
There are also cases where refunds are not given at all, especially if:
you simply didn’t like the platform
you didn’t cancel your subscription in time
you already accessed the content
There is one exception.
If you’re in the EU, you may have a short window (around 14 days) to request a refund, depending on how the purchase was handled.
From what I saw, the main issue isn’t whether refunds exist—it’s how difficult they are to qualify for.
So the safest way to approach it is to assume:
👉 once you pay, you probably won’t get it back easily
If you want to see how this played out overall and whether it felt worth it, I broke it down here.
