Why Custard App Stops Tracking Offers?
One issue I ran into early was offers not tracking properly after I completed them.
On the surface, everything looks straightforward. You pick an offer, follow the steps, and expect the reward to show up. In practice, it didn’t always work that way.
The main reason comes down to how tracking works. Most offers rely on cookies or app tracking to confirm that you completed the task. If anything interrupts that process, the system doesn’t register it.

Had tracking or permissions limited on my device
Even small things like closing the app too early or not following the exact steps could cause the reward to not register.
Another thing I noticed is that some offers have extra conditions that aren’t obvious at first.
For example, reaching a certain level, staying subscribed for a period, or completing additional actions. If those aren’t met exactly, the offer won’t track.
There were also situations where everything seemed correct, but the reward still didn’t show up.
That’s where the experience becomes inconsistent. Some offers tracked instantly, while others didn’t register at all.

The best way I found to reduce this was to:
Complete offers in one session
Follow every step exactly
Avoid switching apps or devices
Even then, it wasn’t guaranteed every time.
This is one of the main reasons progress can feel slower than expected. When rewards don’t track, it directly affects how much you actually earn.
